Full-time or part-time Administrator.

BDI are an award winning, North West based, Structural Engineering consultancy specialising in building structures. Due to increased work and company expansion we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator. The ideal candidate will have a positive ‘’can do’’ attitude and previous administration experience would be preferable.

Main duties include:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Record and update project data and client details
  • Issuing projects and archiving
  • Managing the meeting room schedule
  • Arranging in-house CPD
  • Generating and issuing invoices
  • Issuing enquiries to third party suppliers and formal tenders on projects
  • Managing stationery and office supplies

Preferred attributes & experience:

  • At least 1 year of previous administrative experience
  • Excellent telephone manner and written skills
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to competently use a range of Microsoft Office programmes, including Excel.

Hours/ Location: Full-time & part- time positions available dependent on experience

Office located in Sale, Cheshire; close to tram service which runs frequently to Altrincham, Bury & Piccadilly
